ReplyDeleteSplit the group into 2 subgroups: the tallest 2; the remaining 4.
Selecting 3 in such a way that the tallest two are included = 2C2*4C1 = 4
Selecting 3 out of 6 = 6C3 = 6.5.4/(3.2) = 20
Ans = 4/20 = 1/5
Answer is D
I agree : (2C2 X 4C1)/ 6C3 = 1/5
